Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown Hotel

I liked the room with 2 queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

It was fairly clean, and I liked fabulous staff and location.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, were waiting for us in the nice lobby. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from a truist field. Hotel's bar was great.

Big & fairly clean hotel, its location is unbeatable close to everything-Discovery Center, Wells Fargo Museum, Spectrum, restaurants and Charlotte and the Spectrum Center. The continental breakfast is fantastic with plenty of meals.

Every detail was perfect from the beginning, including staff and rooms, I loved it. The room was quiet with a king bed.

Gentle staff and light rooms, we had a truly memorable experience. Our room had a cozy bed and an awesome view. There was a good bar with brilliant service.

I loved that the hotel was spacious and cheap. Also, the property was centrally located very close to nascar hall fame.

Fairly clean hotel with a helpful staff and contemporary rooms. I loved the room with a king bed, my bed was comfortable. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Everything was simply great. A king room with a great view, I had requested this in advance. The courteous staff was much appreciated.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here during our new year. Stunningly beautiful accommodation with ideal location close to everything. The room was contemporary with comfy beds. They provided plenty of good choices for breakfast that was included.

The staff were hospitable, the room was romantic and I loved peaceful location. Freshly prepared continental breakfast - amazing coffee, pastries, eggs and toast. Plus, it was next to spectrum center as well as the epicentre. Early check in & the service was outstanding.

Disappointing aspect was smelly bathroom.

Stayed here before, enjoyed location and staff. Lots of food at breakfast like pastries, coffee, eggs and toast. Captivating view, a great balcony, big bed, too. Fast check-in, late check-out. Really centrally located hotel. Very close to spectrum center, the epicentre, Charlotte.

Really bad area.

Think that this convenient hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. Extremely friendly staff, rooms are immaculate and lovely, and location is BEAUTIFUL. This venue offers a complimentary breakfast. All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have extremely comfortable beds.

the room was so big. downtown charlotte district was definitely worth visiting. truly enjoyed to hang out in the center, it's relatively close to the hotel.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are large and the bed is good. Had nice dainties at wild wing cafe, located next door to the property...
